I understood upon purchasing a ticket that it was an outdoor event with the opportunity to take Christmas photos, but $50 to walk in someone’s backyard is a little steep. There was no Christmas music, no heating lamps, and no one to take photos. We were greeted by a woman who I assume lives there, and she didn’t check our tickets. We could have just gone for free. She offered to take a photo of my family and then went back inside the barn. When she came back out my 11 month old was freezing and we got one photo together. Inside the barn there was stuff to buy and in the corner a spot where “Santa sits on Thursday night”, and there was a rope blocking the entrance. This corner of the barn was the nicest place to take a picture in the whole place. For what they offered $25 a family would have been more than fair.

Took my daughter to see Santa for hers first Christmas the family had a lot of fun. Santa was really nice and friendly and the outdoor gallery was great i’ vid never seen anything like this place before I will definitely take my daughter here next year. Thank you for the great experience. I love that you can take your own photos great memories.

The weather sucked but everything else was perfect! Tons of photo ops, the staff were so lovely! Santa was amazing. We wanted to take the kitty home with us. The whole experience was totally worth the money

Drove 30 minutes to see some toy cars and a couple things to take pictures in front of. There was a freezing cold barn that didn’t have Santa inside of it. And we weren’t allowed to take pictures on his chair for some reason. And to top it off they made us pay $50 to take part. Very very disappointed. They have things like this all over the place for free. SMH

Such a magical morning! I brought my baby for her first Santa Visit and I couldn't have been happier with the experience, Santa was wonderful and the outside decor was great for pictures! Hope I'll be able to get tickets in the future

First time I have ever been and what an amazing experience. I accompanied a client and their family for photos and I was blown away by how friendly everyone was, how beautiful the property was and just mesmerized at all of the incredible attractions. They truly put a lot of thought, effort and heart into their set up.Santa himself was the highlight of the trip, he was so genuine, happy and really went above and beyond.With two little ones at home, I cannot wait to share this experience with them next year and for many more years to come!

What a magical place!! This is an authentic Santa experience and they put in a lot of effort to make it the best possible visit you could ask for. We have been going for a few years now and it’s the only Santa we will ever visit. The outdoor gallery is perfect for holiday pictures and it’s fun for the whole family to explore. Do yourself a favour and check them out.

We visited today for our daughters first Christmas and I am so happy with the magical experience we had today! Santa was so amazing and really knew all the tricks to a smooth visit with no tears!Some of the other reviews don’t seem fair for low star rating as Santa’s cottage has grown popularity really quickly and clearly has not seen the hard work Santa, Mrs. Claus and the elves put into these visits. Tickets are very challenging to get but a lot better this year with the new ticket system. It also clearly states that it’s an outdoor gallery so you should dress yourself and the little ones accordingly. Thank you Santa’s cottage! We hope to see you again next year!
